At Home Spa Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Your deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

• Parties may be rescheduled one time with ' notice, subject to availability. ​​​​

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If the party is canceled by the client, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded only if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event.

• Cancellations NOT made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to scheduling and preparation costs.

• The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
