Party pointers

refund policies

  • Specials: All specials are nonrefundable and nonnegotiable. We are happy to reschedule your booking to another available date. Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is due to circumstances on our part.

  • Weather conditions are nonrefundable but can be rescheduled.

  • All Other Packages: $150 of your deposit is nonrefundable but can be transferred to a FUTURE date. This policy is NON NEGOTIABLE.

To help ensure your party runs smoothly and every guest enjoys their royal treatment, please keep the following in mind:

* At CHECKOUT, we inquire about accessible power outlet in the event that we need to power lights and accessories to help party run smoothly! Please answer, as this is essential for our preparations.

ALL PARTIES WITH ACTIVITIES: Table & chairs must be provided!

  1. ​Nail Preparation

    • All guests should arrive with nails free of polish.

    • A $5 charge per guest will apply for any polish removal.

​

​Start Time & Waiting Period​

    • We can wait up to 10 minutes for guests who have not arrived at the scheduled start time. After 10 minutes, services will begin and late guests may join in upon arrival.

    • This helps us stay on schedule, especially when we have multiple parties in one day.​

  2. Bus Occupancy

    • We love when parents and guests want to see the setup and take photos so you are welcome to step on and off the bus for pictures, but please do not remain on the bus during services.

    • Staying onboard limits the space our staff needs to attend to the children and deliver a smooth, enjoyable party.

Photography & Social Media Policy

At Princess Royal Me, we love celebrating special moments! During events, our team may capture candid or posed photos to highlight the fun and elegance of your experience. Selected images may be shared on our official social media platforms.

  • All content is age-appropriate and used solely for positive, entertainment, and promotional purposes.

  • If you prefer not to have photos taken or shared, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

travel policy 

A travel fee of $75 or more may apply if your party location is 45 minutes to 1 hour or more from our garage location. This fee will be discussed and following booking.

​As a mobile service, travel conditions can vary. We kindly ask for a 15–20 minute grace period for arrival in the event of unforeseen traffic or delays. We always strive to arrive on time and will keep you updated if any unexpected circumstances arise. Thank you for your understanding.
