Cancellation Policy

❤️ We are committed to providing every guest with a royal, memorable experience. Please review our policies before booking. By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms: 💰Refund Policy Specials: All specials are nonrefundable and nonnegotiable. We are happy to reschedule your booking to another available date. Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is due to circumstances on our part. All Other Packages: A $150 deposit is nonrefundable as this secures your date and prevents other customers from booking the same time. 🚌Travel Fee Policy A travel fee of $75 or more may apply if your party location is 45 minutes to 1 hour or more from our garage location. This fee will be discussed and confirmed during booking. ⌚Grace Period Policy We understand that traffic and unforeseen delays can occur. We allow a 15-minute grace period for arrival. If we arrive later than the 15-minute grace period, you will not lose any of your scheduled time — you will still receive your full promised services and allotted time. 📸Photography & Social Media Policy At Princess Royal Me, we love celebrating special moments! During events, our team may capture candid or posed photos to highlight the fun and elegance of your experience. Selected images may be shared on our official social media platforms. All content is age-appropriate and used solely for positive, entertainment, and promotional purposes. ⚠️If you prefer not to have photos taken or shared, please notify us in writing prior to your event.
